The migration, in three moves

How to Migrate from Verizon Connect Work in 3 Steps

No rebuild, no re-keying. You export once; we handle the mapping and the import.

STEP 01

Export from Work

Pull your CSV out of Verizon Connect Work — jobs, customers, sites and history. We'll show you exactly which files to grab before the platform locks.

STEP 02

We import it directly

Our migration tool maps your Work CSV straight into EyeOnTask — records matched, structure preserved. Built and tested against real Work exports.

STEP 03

Your crew goes live

Technicians log in, past jobs are there, scheduling keeps running. You keep operating right through the switch — no gap, no lost history.

The direct import tool

Import Your Verizon Connect Work Data Directly

Most vendors hand you a blank account and wish you luck. We built an importer specifically for the Verizon Connect Work file format — so your data lands where it belongs, not in a spreadsheet graveyard.

  • Reads jobs, work orders, customers, sites and notes from your Work CSV
  • Keeps your historical job records — the thing you can't get back later
  • We run the migration with you, not a help-desk ticket

Verizon Connect Work Shutdown: Your Questions Answered

What exactly is being shut down?+

Only the standalone Verizon Connect Work application (previously known as Connect to Field or Fleetmatics Work) is being retired for international customers on 31 December 2026. Your separate fleet tracking isn't part of this — but your field service jobs, scheduling and history live inside Work, and that's what needs a new home.

Will I lose my job history?+

Only if you leave it. Once Work is decommissioned, exported files are all that remain. That's why we import your CSV directly into EyeOnTask — jobs, customers, sites and history preserved — so your records survive the switch.

How long does migration take?+

For most field service teams, days rather than months. You export once, we map and import, and your crew logs into a working account. We run it alongside you so there's no gap in day-to-day operations.

Do I have to wait until December?+

No — and it's better not to. Moving early means a calm, tested migration instead of a year-end scramble when everyone else is exporting at once. You can run both in parallel until you're confident.

Beat the 31 December deadline
